Prices published on this site are ranges gathered from public cost guides, each one linked on the page where it appears. They are a guide for planning, not an offer, and they are not a quote.

The only binding number for your job is the written quote you receive for it. That quote sets out the scope, what is included and what is not.

Information about paint, preparation and timing on this site is general. Conditions differ from house to house, and the quote for your house is what governs the work.
